Loading the next level
Ask us to delete the data linked to you in our games. No app needed: one email starts it, and we confirm when it is done.
Applies to 3D Snake vs Block by VarmiGaming on Google Play and all future Varmi Gaming games. Or write to varmigaming@gmail.com.
Four steps, all by email. You can do this from any device, even after uninstalling the game.
Email varmigaming@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or use the button on this page to open a prefilled email. You do not need the game installed.
Tell us the game, your Google Play Games player name or ID if you signed in, and any purchase order ID. Send it from the email address linked to your account where possible.
We reply within 7 working days. If we cannot match the request to you, we may ask one follow-up question so we never delete someone else's data.
We delete the data and ask our service providers to do the same within 30 days, then email you to confirm it is done.
A full request removes everything we can link to you. A few records must be kept by law, and only for as long as stated.
Player profile
Player name, player ID and profile details linked to our games.
Game progress
Levels, scores, best scores, unlocked skins and settings, including any cloud save.
Leaderboard entries
Your scores and rank on our leaderboards and achievements.
Support history
Emails and attachments you sent us, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Analytics and ad identifiers
We ask our analytics and ad partners to delete data linked to your device.
Purchase records
Order ID, item, amount and date of in-app purchases. Kept for up to 8 years for tax and accounting law. Payment details are held by Google, never by us.
Record of your request
Your email, the request date and when it was completed. Kept for 2 years to prove we handled it.
Anonymous statistics
Totals such as daily players or level completion rates. They cannot identify you, so they are not deleted.
Backups
Any copy in a provider backup is overwritten on its normal cycle, within 90 days at most.
Prefer to delete only part of your data? Say which items in your email, for example only leaderboard scores, and we leave the rest untouched.
Some data is held on your phone or by Google, not by us. You can remove it right away.
Progress saved on the device is removed when you open Settings > Apps > 3D Snake vs Block > Storage > Clear storage, or uninstall the game.
Remove the game's saved data and achievements from your Google Play Games profile, or delete the whole profile, from the Play Games app settings.
Google helpReset or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads). Ads in the game then stop being linked to past activity.
Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription or refund purchases. Manage them in Google Play, or on iPhone and iPad in your Apple ID settings.
Apple subscriptionsIf a future game offers sign-in, it will include a Delete account option inside the app as well as this page. Paid subscriptions keep billing through Google Play or Apple until you cancel them there.

No. Our games do not ask you to create an account with us. If you play without signing in, your progress lives only on your phone and clearing the app's storage deletes it. You can still email us to delete anything held by our service providers.
Yes. Ask for a partial deletion, for example only your leaderboard scores or only your support emails, and tell us what to keep. Everything else stays as it is.
Your progress and unlocked items are deleted, so they cannot be restored afterwards. Non-consumable purchases stay on your Google Play account and can usually be restored by reinstalling and using Restore purchases.
It deletes data stored on your phone. It does not delete data synced to Google Play Games or held by analytics and ad partners. Send us a request for those.
We reply within 7 working days and complete deletion within 30 days. We email you when it is done.
You can cancel by replying before we confirm completion. After that, deleted data cannot be recovered and a new game starts from level 1.
