1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you visit varmigaming.games or download, install or play a game published by Varmi Gaming ("we", "us"). By using our website or games you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
2. Using our games
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
- copy, modify, resell or redistribute our games or their content,
- reverse engineer or tamper with the games, except where the law allows it,
- use cheats, bots, exploits or modified clients to gain an unfair advantage or affect leaderboards,
- use our games or website for anything unlawful or harmful to others.
3. App stores
Our games are distributed through app stores such as Google Play. Your use of a store is also covered by that store's own terms. Where store terms conflict with these terms for a store-specific matter, the store's terms apply.
4. In-app purchases
Some games offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the app store, not by us, and refunds are handled under the store's refund policy. Virtual items and currency have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money and may be lost if you uninstall the game or clear its data, unless the game offers a way to restore them.
5. Advertising
Our games may show ads from third-party ad networks. Those networks have their own terms and privacy practices. See our privacy policy for more.
6. Leaderboards and usernames
If a game shows your username or score, don't use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone else or infringes anyone's rights. We may remove scores or names that break these terms or appear to be achieved by cheating.
7. Our content
The games, the website and everything in them, including names, logos, artwork, characters, music and code, belong to Varmi Gaming or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering a game or feature at any time, for example to fix bugs, balance gameplay or meet store requirements. We aim to keep our games running smoothly but can't promise they will always be available or error-free.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our games and website are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using our games at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend features for anyone who breaks these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use our games after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat, India have jurisdiction over any disputes.
